This organic agricultural orchard is located at an altitude of 350 metres in one of the most remarkable areas of Tuscany, in the Chianti Ruffina region. Nicoletta Bati, the current mill owner of the Azienda Agricola Prunatelli, is the 4th generation to take care of the 22 hectares of the estate and the 800 olive trees that make it up. The secret of the olive oil she produces comes from the alliance between the exceptional terroir and her meticulous work. Indeed, the care and respect she gives to her olives, which are picked by hand and pressed during the day, have enabled her to acquire the organic farming certification for her orchard.
