Oliviers&Co had to select one of the best panettone in Italy. Made according to an ancestral recipe, free of preservatives and meticulously crafted from exceptional ingredients, its soft dough contains candied oranges only with water and sugar, raisins, lots of butter for a softness and a unique flavor. A panettone of exceptional finesse, with a light dough and a fruity and slightly sweet flavor.

Ingrédients: farine de blé, raisins secs 15%, jaune d'oeuf, écorces d'orange confite 10% (écorces d'orange, sirop de glucose-fructose, sucre), beurre, sucre, levain naturel (farine de blé, eau), émulsifiant: mono et di-glycérides des acides gras; sirop de glucose-fructose, sirop de sucre inverti, malt d'orge, sel, arômes. INGRÉDIENTS DU GLAÇAGE ET DÉCORATION: sucre, amandes, blanc d'oeuf, "Noisette du Piemont" 1,0%, amandes d'abricot, farine de riz. Peut contenir autres fruits à coque, soja et moutarde.
