Antoine Mora, a renowned olive grower, has been a faithful partner of Oliviers&Co for over 20 years. At the same time producer, miller and confectioner of table olives, this lover of olives and his region knows his orchards by heart. Every day, he walks through and cares for the olive trees planted by his ancestors.
From an orchard near Maussane-les-Alpilles, a few miles away, this magnificent olive oil is an example of the sweetness and elegance that perfectly characterizes this prestigious appellation.
The estate is divided between the Baux-de-Provence valley and the Crau plain, from which this oil takes its name "La Cravenco", meaning "Daughter of the Crau" in Provençal.
Located in Fontvieille, in the Baux-de-Provence region, La Cravenco mill produces each year an olive oil with delicate and refined flavors in the total respect of the know-how: combining the tradition of mechanical processes and advanced technological tools.
