Grown in the Piedmont region of Italy, along the Pô valley, Carnaroli rice has unique characteristics. The long grain that holds its shape during cooking produces a creamy and firm texture ideal for a perfect risotto. The Italians call it the king of rice! Oliviers&Co selected a Carnaroli rice grown in Novara province, not far from the natural reservation of Casalbeltrame. It is cultivated for six generations by a familly or rice growers who keep on the tradition and watch to produce an high quality rice, while working in the respect of seasons and environment.
