Under her expert hands, the olives release all their aromas to give an exceptional oil. Exclusively made from olives from the Château Virant estate, the oils that we select each year from this producer will appeal to lovers of nuanced oils.
Classified in the Aix-en-Provence PDO area, this olive grove is cultivated using sustainable agriculture. The olive stones and skins obtained after the extraction of the oil are spread in the fields to fertilise the olive trees. The hand-picked olives are pressed within 12 hours of harvesting.
Christine Cheylan's olive oils have won several medals at agricultural competitions.
