A shrimp recipe with Asian flavours, mixing honey, soy sauce and grilled sesame.
All ingredients
1 kg of frozen shrimp (raw) 4 tablespoons olive oil Reserved Harvest Italy 4 tablespoons of honey 4 tablespoons soy sauce 3 tablespoons of toasted sesame seeds.
Shell the prawns. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Sear the prawns for 8 minutes in the hot oil on both sides. When they start to brown, add the honey and leave to brown. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame seeds and cook for 2 minutes over a low heat, basting the shrimp continuously. Serve warm as a mezze or as a dish with white rice or fried noodles.
