A shrimp recipe with tomatoes, avocado, ketchup, seasoned with honey-ginger and pink berries: a touch of exoticism in your everyday life!
200 grams of ketchup
2 tbsp. olive oil and pink berries
1 packet of mini black olive ciappe
1 tbsp. sweet honey-ginger vinegar
400g of cooked peeled prawns
1 sweet onion
10 cherry tomatoes
1 ripe avocado
2 tbsp. fresh coriander
The juice of half a lime
- Pour 20 cl of water into a salad bowl and add the juice of 1/2 lime, ketchup, honey & ginger vinegar and 2 pinches of tomato sablon. Mix and add the prawns, peeled and finely chopped onion. - Cut the tomatoes into strips, open the avocado in half, peel and dice it, add the finely chopped coriander. Mix with the preparation and adjust the seasoning with salt and tomato sablon. - Divide into small bowls, drizzle with olive oil & pressed pink berries and serve chilled with mini olive ciappe.
