Antoine Mora, a renowned olive grower has been a loyal partner of Oliviers&Co for over 20 years. At the same time producer, milliner and table olive confectioner, this lover of olives and his region knows his orchards by heart. Every day, he walks and cares for the olive trees planted by his ancestors. Coming from an orchard near Maussane-les-Alpilles, just a short distance away, this magnificent olive oil is an example of the softness and elegance which perfectly characterizes this prestigious appellation. The estate is divided between the Baux de-Provence valley and the plain of La Crau, from which this oil takes its name "La Cravenco", meaning "Daughter of Crau" in Provençal.
