Located in the province of Palermo, these olive groves contemplate the blue waves of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The name of the estate tells of the beauty and fertility of its land: Disisa from the Arabic word Aziz which means splendid.​ ade from Cerasuola olives, this monovarietal olive oil releases a subtle aroma of green fruits and reveals a note of pepper on the palate. Excellent for enhancing all tomato-based dishes, it is incredible for flavoring a simple al dente pasta dish or in a salad

Situated at an altitude of 400 metres on the typical rolling hills of the landscape of the Monreale countryside, the Disisa estate stretches from the Belice valley to the Jato valley. The Di Lorenzo family, owners for almost 200 years for almost 200 years, is renowned for the excellence of its oils obtained through a combination of innovation and respect for tradition and nature. The land is so generous that it has given rise to a beautiful fable: the legend of the treasure of Disisa. When Mario's ancestors came to this land a century ago, they searched Mario's ancestors searched everywhere for this treasure. And they finally found it.
