At the foot of the mountains of central Sardinia, Su Molinu Oleificio extra virgin olive oil is produced with care. The Mediterranean climate and the green landscape of the bush give the olives their unique and inimitable aromas. This oil is created from the combination of the typical olive varieties of Sardinia, Pibireddu and Tonda di Cagliari, and an olive from Puglia: Coratina. These two Italian regions come together to create an original organic olive oil with a fascinating and surprising and eye-opening taste. aromas of even greener banana peel. On the palate it offers good length with a spicy finish which underlines its authentic character. A unique taste experience that captures the essence of Sardinian lands.

Giuseppe grew up under the olive trees accompanying his grandfather during the olive harvest. His grandfather passed on to him his passion and values for the land. Today the Su Molinu Oleificio estate covers more than 20 hectares. The 6,000 trees present, aged from 30 to 100 years, are treated with respect and tradition. Indeed, the protection of the environment, the total commitment and the traceability guarantee the excellence of the work of this passionate producer.  ​
