​​Mainly from Aglandau olives, harvested by hand at the beginning of the season and immediately cold-pressed, it preserves all the intensity of its vegetal aromas. Its powerful taste reveals notes of fresh grass, raw artichoke and fresh almond.
​​Its spiciness at the back of the throat, called "ardence", reveals an exceptional richness in antioxidants.​ ​

Léo Coupat has always been driven by a deep passion for olive trees and olive oil. The son of committed producers, he took over the family estate in 2020, the fruit of years of work and rigor to extract the quintessence of each harvest.
His parents built a custom-made oil mill, allowing them to control the entire production process, from the tree to the bottle, in a constant quest for excellence. This absolute mastery has led the estate to be rewarded many times, with dozens of gold medals at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris since 2010.
