A quick citrus cake recipe for dessert or a snack.
160 grams of flour
10 cl milk
80 g sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 sachet of baking powder
10 cl of olive and tangerine speciality (or with lemon, mint...).
Mix the sugar and olive oil with the Mandarin.
Add the flour, milk and orange juice.
Incorporate the yeast then the eggs one by one.
Oil the cake tin with the tangerine olive oil, pour in the preparation and bake for 35 minutes in the oven at 180°C (th 6-7).
