In the heart of the Chianti-Rufina region, a few minutes from Florence, the Galiga and Vetrice family estates have joined forces to create an exceptional property. For five generations, the Grati family has cultivated a unique know-how, producing both Chianti wine and a remarkable olive oil.

Thanks to his experience in the art of winemaking, Gualberto Grati was able to transfer this know-how to the cultivation of the olive tree, thus producing a high-quality olive oil. This Tuscan Grand Cru is characterized by its intense notes of fresh grass and is made mainly from the Frantoio grape variety, known for its aromatic power and its symbolic role in Tuscany.

Harvested early and pressed during the day, the olives retain all their freshness and complexity, giving this oil an inimitable character, a true reflection of Tuscan tradition.
