nutrition

Ganga di Lupo is a young winery from Puglia, founded in 2017 by Luigi and Vito with the aim of producing a high-quality monovarietal olive oil from the Coratina variety. To date, they have won over 35 national and international awards certifying the excellent quality of their extra virgin olive oil from the Coratina monocultivar.
The brothers grew up in the family olive groves and inherited the agricultural know-how of their parents and grandparents. There are 6,000 olive trees aged between 50 and 500 years on their 25-hectare farm in Santo Spirito!
The two brothers integrate cutting-edge technologies such as weather sensors and an underground irrigation system for sustainable water and resource management. They are aware of climate issues and favour environmentally friendly farming practices.
Their approach is based on complementary skills: Luigi, an agronomy expert, and Vito, an engineer, apply innovations to improve the quality of their oil. Their vision is to educate consumers on the value of premium olive oil, the result of meticulous work that respects the territory. They are committed to combining tradition and modernity for sustainable and ethical production.
