Pissaladière with onion confit

A simple recipe for a fine pie with only Oiviers & Co ingredients!
All ingredients
2 jars of onion confit with honey 1 jar of Norma sauce 3 tbsp. freshly squeezed olive & thyme oil 1 tbsp. of herbes de Provence Some Taggiasca olives 1 roll of pizza dough
- Spread the pizza dough on a baking sheet previously covered with baking paper. - Preheat your oven to 250°C. - Cover the dough with ponentina sauce, add the onion confit on top and then the Taggiasca olives, sprinkle with Provencal herbs, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with thyme olive oil and put the pizza in the oven for 20 minutes. - Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly. You can replace the thyme oil with chilli pepper oil for a more spicy taste.
