Ingredients

At Oliviers&Co
1 jar Traditional Black Olive Tapenade
Domaine Salvator organic olive oil
Pepper

At the market
2 crusty bread
6 tomatoes, blanched and peeled
6 hard boiled eggs
2 tins natural tuna
6 radishes
2-3 scallions or white onions
2 garlic cloves
Basil leaves

Directions

In a salad bowl, cut the tomatoes, add the drained and crumbled tuna, along with radishes cut into slices.

Cut 6 slices of 8 inches into the bread, rub the inside with peeled garlic cloves, crushing the crumb, then rub a little fresh tomato, add 1 tsp of tapenade, a few slices of tomatoes, hard boiled eggs cut into slices, thinly sliced scallions (or white onions), tuna crumbs, some crumpled basil leaves.

Drizzle with olive oil. Lightly press the ingredients inside for the bread to soak up and add pepper.
