A recipe for tapenade puff pastries, ideal for aperitif!

Ingredients

At Oliviers&Co
1 jar Black Tapenade
11fl oz French Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Black Pepper

At the market
1 puff pastry
1 fresh goat cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 392°F.

Unroll the pestry and spread the tapenade over the entire surface. Fold it in half, then cut strips with a pizza cutter.

Place them of  a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes.

Drizzle the goat cheese spread with olive oil and pepper. Serve in a small bowl next to pastries.
