Ingredients

Basil Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp Dried Tomato Black Olivade
1/2 tsp Salt from Camargue

2 cups cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 tsp sugar
Marjoram
Oregano
Thyme
1.75 cup flour
1 stick cold unsalted butter, cubed
1 egg
6 tbsp water
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Pour the floor, butter, salt & pepper, and sugar into a bowl and knead. Add egg yolk, water and balsamic vinegar. Mix until you form a ball with the dough.
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or until firm. Next, roll it out on a floured work surface and place in the baking tin, lined with parchment paper. Pierce it with a fork.
Mix the egg white with olivade and spread over dough. Add cherry tomatoes and feta.
Season with herbs, salt & pepper and a bit of sugar.
Drizzle a few drops of basil olive oil. Cook for 40 minutes.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
