A recipe for shrimp and vegetable wok seasoned with lemon and ginger
20 raw frozen shrimp...
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
2 small courgettes
1 bunch of basil
5 tbsp of olive & ginger & lemon specialties
1 tablespoon of spice mixture
Shell the shrimp, remove the stems and slice the peppers and zucchini. Heat the ginger & lemon olive oil in a large wok, sear the peppers in the steaming oil. Stir and when they are lightly coloured, add the prawns. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring, then add the sliced courgettes, spice mixture and basil leaves.
Cook and stir over high heat for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, mix and eat immediately with a bowl of rice.
