SPAGHETTI SHRIMPS WITH SEA URCHIN AND SAFFRON SAUCE

A pasta recipe with the flavours of the sea, lightly smoked by sea urchins and spiced up with saffron.
All ingredients
500 grams of spaghetti 2 jars of sea urchin with saffron 300 g large shrimp 4 tablespoons of French olive oil Salt Pepper
Directions
Cook the pasta al dente in a large pot of boiling salted water. Meanwhile, shell the shrimp. Drain the pasta, put it back in the pan, add the shrimps, olive oil and the contents of the 2 jars of sea urchin with saffron. Mix gently, cover and heat for 5/8 minutes, stirring constantly to cook the prawns and bind the pasta with the sea urchin with saffron. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper and enjoy.
