The word Straccetti means "little rags", due to the irregular shape of this pasta. The wheat germ is the heart of the wheat grain, it is rich in flavour and nutritious active ingredients. The presence of eggs brings them closer to fresh pasta. For an al dente cooking, pour the pasta into boiling salted water and let cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
