This traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena is obtained from trebbiano grape must that is cooked directly on the fire, uncovered. It is then aged for a minimum of 12 years in barrels made of different types of noble wood. This product of very high quality is certified artisanal and of protected origin (DOP): its origin is guaranteed, as well as its artisanal production.
