Balsamic vinegar is an integral part of Italian cuisine. Here you will find balsamic vinegars produced in the respect of traditions, with various uses and benefits: in addition to being a disinfectant and decongestant, balsamic vinegar contains acetic acids which have several virtues. 

Made in the Modena region, the high quality of these balsamic vinegars comes from the ingredients that make them up: grape must and wine vinegar. All our balsamic vinegars have no added caramel or colouring. Aged and slowly matured in precious wooden barrels, each balsamic vinegar has been selected for the intensity of its aromas, its exceptional flavour and its velvety texture.

Our balsamic vinegars will enhance your salads and summer dishes, including the inevitable mozzarella tomato. They can also be enjoyed on a simple piece of bread or parmesan!
